Privacy Policy
Dear Sir/Madam,
On May 25, 2016, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) came into effect. Below is the information on how your data will be processed after May 25, 2018.
The administrator of your personal data will be COMPLET Chmielewscy Sp. J., with its registered office in Myślęcin 4a, 62-260 Łubowo (hereinafter also referred to as the “Company”).
The Company will process the data obtained from you in connection with the intention to enter into or the performance of an already concluded contract for a product or service offered by the Company. The obtained personal data will be processed in a legal manner.
The legal basis for the processing may be:
- Consent – i.e., the voluntarily given consent to the processing of data – specified in Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- Contractual obligations – i.e., the necessity to process data for the performance of a contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract – specified in Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
- Legal obligations – i.e., the necessity for the Company to fulfill legal obligations arising from legal provisions – specified in Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
- Legitimate interests of the administrator – i.e., the necessity to pursue legitimate interests of the Company – specified in Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Based on the above-mentioned legal grounds for data processing, the Company will process the data obtained from you for the following purposes:
- For purposes indicated in the consent – based on this consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, which will not affect the legality of the processing carried out based on the consent before its withdrawal; however, refusal to give consent or its withdrawal will mean that the Company will not be able to process your data for the purposes specified in the consent.
- To prepare a preliminary calculation for the contract, to analyze the possibility of its conclusion, to assess the risk associated with its conclusion or performance, including profiling, analyzing, and making forecasts, and then – in case of contract conclusion – for its performance, including handling inquiries and complaints, executing your instructions, and concluding related contracts, such as transportation agreements, debt security agreements, or insurance contracts for goods during transport.
- To comply with legal provisions, particularly to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as tax regulations – based on legal obligations.
- To pursue claims and defend against claims arising from the concluded contract, to market the Company’s products and services during the term of the contract, and to ensure IT security – based on the legitimate interests of the administrator.
- To handle inquiries made through the contact form – based on contractual obligations or the legitimate interests of the administrator, depending on the subject of the inquiry.
The period for processing the obtained personal data is related to the purposes of its processing indicated above. Therefore, personal data will be processed for the longer of the following periods:
- For the period required by law to store the data, or
- For the period of limitation of any claims, for which data is required to be processed, or
- For the period of 10 years from the date the data was obtained.
The personal data obtained from you may be shared with other entities, as part of their processing for the purposes indicated above, including:
- Entities providing services to the Company, e.g., IT service providers, auditors, consultants, accounting firms, based on data processing agreements.
- Other authorized entities, solely within the scope defined by law.
The processing of the obtained data by the Company will be based on the principle of voluntariness. Refusal to provide data may prevent the Company from taking actions that you request, such as considering a contract application or its performance.
In cases and under the conditions specified in the data protection regulations, you will have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing, object to its processing based on legitimate interests of the administrator, and transfer your personal data.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, as specified in the currently applicable law regulating data protection principles.

If you have provided personal data of your employees, representatives, board members, partners, collaborators, contractors, suppliers, beneficial owners, or other persons to the Company, please inform these individuals:
- About the scope of their personal data provided to the Company.
- That the Company is the administrator of their personal data and processes it as outlined above.
- That you are the source from which the Company obtained their data.
