Complet Furniture is more than just a furniture company. It is the story of Chmielewscy family, who have been putting passion and craftsmanship into every furniture element since 1989. Our company, run by Zbigniew (father) and Robert (son), is the combination of tradition with modernity, where each piece of furniture is not only functional, but also has its soul.

These loadings, unloadings done together, long journeys in the truck cabin and the time we spent together taught us to understand each other without words. Almost three decades later, we still understand each other, and thanks to the hard work of the entire family and their dedication, we created the work of a lifetime, the brand Complet Furniture. Our furniture is more than just a product for us. Each piece has its own story, was created with a passion for perfection, which we inherited from our mother.

Marka Wielkopolska [Wielkopolska Brand]
We have been awarded MARKA WIELKOPOLSKA [WIELKOPOLSKA BRAND] title twice: for 2021-2023 and 2023-2025. The Wielkopolska Brand is a regional certification system for high-quality products and services from Wielkopolska Region. This certificate is a distinction for companies successfully operating on foreign markets, and their activities are promoted during exhibition and fair events organized by the Wielkopolska Province. We are one of several companies, ambassadors of the region, who build a positive image of the Wielkopolska economy in the domestic and foreign markets.
Forbes Diamond
In 2017, we won the FORBES DIAMOND. This is an annual ranking where the editorial team of “Forbes Polska” awards the most dynamically developing companies in Poland. a company must document an average increase in value of at least 15 percent over the last three fiscal years to be qualified for Diamond winner.
Diament Meblarstwa [Furniture Diamond]
We have won several awards for our products. The Furniture Diamond is a nationwide award granted by a jury of architects, interior designers, designers, trendsetters, bloggers, media and organization representatives, scientists and industry experts, trade representatives, production technologists, wholesalers and patent and certification companies. The competition has been organized by the monthly BIZNES.meble.pl industry magazine since 2006.
Our products won the Furniture Diamond in 2021, 2022 and 2024.
Dobry Wzór [Good Design]
We are a finalist of DOBRY WZÓR 2022. This is the oldest Polish design competition promoting the best designed products and services available on the Polish market. The Dobry Wzór mark has been awarded by the Institute of Industrial Design since 1993. It awards innovation, aesthetics, functionality and quality of implemented solutions.
Gazela Biznesu [Business Gazelle]
GAZELA BIZNESU is the oldest and most prestigious ranking for SMEs in Poland. Puls Biznesu has been organizing it since 2000, fulfilling the mission of supporting entrepreneurship. COFACE, being the author of the ranking since 2001, analyzes the most objective criteria – financial results. Participation in the ranking is free of charge, and being listed there means that the company belongs to the elite of small and medium enterprises – not only is it developing dynamically, but it is also transparent. We won this title in 2013 and 2014.
The Eagle of the Gniezno District for Entrepreneurship
Since 2017, we have been the gold laureate of the competition ORZEŁ POWIATU GNIEZNIEŃSKIEGO DLA PRZEDSIĘBIORCZOŚCI [The Eagle of the Gniezno District for Entrepreneurship], thanks to winning three awards in three different categories in 2013, 2015 and 2017: exporter, investor and medium-sized enterprise. The competition “Orzeł Powiatu Gnieznońskiego dla Przedsiębiorczości” is an undertaking promoting the best business from the area of the Gniezno District. It is organized by the District Office in Gniezno and the Guild of Crafts and Small Businesses in Gniezno.
Firma Godna Zaufania [Trustworthy Company]
The TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY certificate is awarded to entrepreneurs with impeccable reputations among customers and contractors. We won this title in 2021 and 2022.

Leader of Dual Education In Craftsmanship
LEADER OF DUAL EDUCATION IN CRAFTSMANSHIP is an award that was granted for the first time by the Wielkopolska Chamber of Crafts in Poznań in 2023. We are the first laureate, one of two awarded companies. We were awarded in the small medium enterprise category. The competition was held under the honorary patronage of the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Province, the Wielkopolska Education Superintendent and the District Labor Inspector in Poznań. The organizers decided to distinguish the best craft companies that promote positive patterns, including in running a business, employee training and impact on the local environment
Ambasador Meblarstwa [Furniture Ambassador]
We received the title of FURNITURE AMBASSADOR in 2021, awarded by the Polish Chamber of Commerce of Furniture Manufacturers. Our activities during the pandemic were appreciated. We supported two hospitals in Gniezno by donating 2.5 thousand protective masks, which we sewed in our factory with special medical materials.
Forum Firm Rodzinnych [Family Business Forum]
We were distincted in the ranking of the Most Valuable Family Businesses in 2019 and 2023, conducted by Forbes.pl for companies with revenues below PLN 100 million in the Wielkopolska Province. Every year, the ranking analyzes family businesses that have been on the market continuously for 8 years, have revenues of no less than PLN 10 million net, have had a positive financial result in recent years, are not in bankruptcy or liquidation, are in good financial standing and enjoy an impeccable reputation.
Przedsiębiorstwo Roku [Company of the Year]
In 2021, we received the prestigious distinction of COMPANY OF THE YEAR. This title is awarded as part of the annual Gniezno Citizen of the Year award granted by the Society of Gniezno Enthusiasts since 2004.
Gospodarczo – Samorządowy Hit Regionu [Economic and Local Hit of the Region]
It has been organized since the mid-90s in Wielkopolska. This competition selects and promotes particularly valuable market, local government and ecological achievements every year. We are the laureate of the competition in 2016. We received the ECONOMIC AND LOCAL HIT OF THE REGION for the dynamics of the company’s development – opening a new headquarters of the plant with the launch of innovative carpentry machines.
Gepard Biznesu [Business Cheetah]
In 2010 and 2021, the EuropejskaFirma.pl Portal and the European Business Institute awarded us the title of BUSINESS CHEETAH based on the financial results of companies. The title has been awarded since 2006 to companies whose average revenue and net profit dynamics exceed 10% in the analyzed period. The calculations are based mainly on official and reliable financial data submitted by companies to the National Court Register. This data is public and generally available.
Efektywna Firma [Effective Company]
The Institute of European Business awarded us the title of EFFECTIVE COMPANY in 2020 and 2021. The basis for the assessment and awarding of distinctions is the analysis of the ratio of net profit to sales revenue. Certification has been carried out since 2008.
Mocna Firma Godna Zaufania [Strong Company Worthy of Trust]
In 2021, we won the title of STRONG COMPANY WORTHY OF TRUST, which is awarded to companies distinguished simultaneously in the Effective Company and Business Cheetah competitions.
Brylant Polskiej Gospodarki [Diamond of the Polish Economy]
Since 2008, the title of BRYLANT POLSKIEJ GOSPODARKI has been awarded to companies with an estimated market value of more than PLN 10 million. The analysis is carried out based on the latest, reliable data from the National Court Register. We were awarded with this title in 2010 and 2021. The competition is organized by the Institute of European Business.
Marka Uznana na Polskim Rynku [Brand Recognized on the Polish Market]
BRAND RECOGNIZED ON THE POLISH MARKET is a distinction for companies and public institutions that operate professionally, taking care of the well-being of their employees, customers and business partners. We won this title in 2022.
We identify with the words of Helen Keller: “Alone we can do little, together we can do so much.” Cooperation and openness to new challenges are in our DNA.

Radio Nowy Świat
In 2020, we supported the newly established Radio Nowy Świat by becoming its patron. We equipped the editorial office with our furniture, many distinguished guests are hosted there.
Tygodnik Powszechny
Similarly to Radio Nowy Świat, we equipped the new Tygodnik Powszechny editorial office with our upholstered furniture. The weekly’s editorial office was forced to change its headquarters in 2021.
Museum of the Origins of the Polish State in Gniezno
In 2019, we supported the “Palatium Expedition”, repeated archaeological research on Lech Hill in Gniezno, the aim of which was to confirm the thesis about the location of the Gniezno palatium, the main seat of the ruler from the times of Mieszko I and Bolesław the Brave. You can also find our sofas in the exhibition hall of the museum in Kostrzewskiego street.
Museum of the First Piasts in Lednica
In 2022, we supported the construction of a new, super modern facility for the Museum of the First Piasts in Lednica, equipping the museum spaces with personalized furniture, provided as a donation.
District of Gniezno
We regularly donate our furniture to schools and educational facilities of the District Office in Gniezno.
Honorary Consulate of the Republic of Estonia in Poznań
Our furniture in the Estonian national colors is set at the Honorary Consulate in Poznań.
Who do we cooperate with?
Poznań University of Social Sciences
Since 2021, we have been cooperating with Poznań University of Social Sciences, which was supported by a letter of intent signed by both parties.
Moreover, our boss Robert Chmielewski has been a member of the Entrepreneurship Council at the Rector of this University since March 1, 2021
Magdalena Abakanowicz University of Arts in Poznań
In 2021, we signed a letter of intent with the rector of the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of Arts in Poznań, its main assumption was the cooperation based on education, artistic and design activities of students and teaching staff of the university.

For several years now, we have been cooperating with the Poznań University of Life Sciences, with the Faculty of Forestry and Wood Technology, taking students of furniture design and wood technology for internships.

The production process combines traditional craftsmanship methods with modern technologies. We use only the best, certified raw materials and the most modern machinery to ensure the highest quality and ecological character of our furniture.
Designing
We have our own design and implementation team, which can create a new furniture design from scratch. Every year, we extend our collection with new models that reflect the latest design trends.
We make projects for B2B, we do make orders for retail clients.
Materials and technologies
We use high-quality natural raw materials, such as spruce or beech, to produce our furniture. We also use ecological glues and water-based varnishes. We offer high durability fabrics and high-quality upholstery foams.
We systematically invest in machinery and introduce process innovations that improve production efficiency and the quality of the products we offer.
Production process
We manufacture furniture from A to Z. We have all the resources required to create complete furniture, a qualified team of craftsmen, a machine park adapted to modern requirements and “know-how” in upholstered furniture production.
Qualified craftsmen
We put our hearts into the furniture production. Crew are professionals who are constantly improving their qualifications. Crew long experience and attention to every detail resulted in an extensive catalog of furniture to satisfy customers’ needs from various export markets. See our craftsmanship, which makes our products unique in the market and recognized by customers.
Ecology and sustainable development
We design our furniture to be beautiful, but we also create it with its quality and durability in mind. We see longevity as the most important feature of eco-design. Sustainable development is of great importance to us. We want to be environmentally neutral; we limit the effects of our production activities. Remaining fabrics are used for everyday products, such as bags, pencil cases or cosmetic bags. We have also invested in renewable energy sources.
Certificates
We use raw materials with various certificates in the furniture production process. These are mainly certificates relating to the flame retardancy of fabrics or PU foams. We also use wood with a certificate of origin from responsible sources. We hold special certificates or licenses required on selected export markets.
Since 2023, we have been on the SEDEX (Ethical Data Exchange) platform. This is a supplier ethical data exchange program, or an online system designed to help companies improve the ethical operation of their supply chain. For this purpose, we underwent a SMETA audit and obtained a positive result. It covers environmental, health and safety aspects in the workplace, as well as work ethics and work standards.

Garden Rabbit - garden furniture
GARDEN RABBIT is a brand of upholstered outdoor furniture. The trademark of the brand is the rabbit in the logo of the brand, which symbolizes energy and freedom, as well as friendly form and relaxation in the spirit of “slow life”.
The brand GARDEN RABBIT was born by the need. The need of customers looking for Polish, solidly made furniture for outdoor spaces, gardens, terraces, balconies. „Improving the company’s production capacity to enter a new sales market”.
Complet Chmielewscy spółka jawna implemented a project “Improving the company’s production capacity to enter a new sales market”. It was co-financed from the action program regarding the financial contribution from the post-Brexit adjustment reserve in the part for entrepreneurs – the Re_Open UK program.
The project value was: EUR 30,254.59, which was 100% co-financing from the European Union. The project was implemented in the period from March 31, 2022 to June 28, 2023.
The aim of the project was to mitigate the negative effects of Brexit on the company’s export activities and to reduce its economic consequences by acquiring customers from a new market – Canada.
Canada, like the USA, is a similar market to the UK in terms of requirements and expectations concerning furniture. Great Britain, the USA and Canada are currently the largest non-EU recipients of Polish furniture, hence the applicant decided to fill the “gap” in the difference in post-Brexit turnover with the UK and for this purpose took steps to acquire a new market, which is Canada. The opportunity to enter the Canadian market was to optimize production for customers from this market and reduce production costs.
To shorten the lead time of the offered products, i.e. to optimize the production costs of furniture for the Canadian market, the applicant purchased two specialized carpentry machines, which are the essence of this project. The second condition for entering the Canadian market was to undergo an ethical audit by SMETA, the purpose of which was to enter the SEDEX platform.
„Increasing the innovativeness of the enterprise by improving operational processes in the assembly plant of furniture frames of the Complet Furniture product brand”.
Funded as part of the EU response to the COVID-19 pandemic
CComplet Chmielewscy spółka jawna implemented the project entitled “Increasing the innovativeness of the enterprise by improving operational processes in the assembly plant of furniture frames of the Complet Furniture product brand” under the Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020, under Measure 6.2 Support for SMEs in the area of digitalization – Vouchers for digitalization. This project was financed as part of the EU’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The project value was PLN 300,000, of which 85% was EU funding. The project was implemented in 2022-2023.
The project concerned increasing the beneficiary’s potential by improving the company’s innovativeness, involving introducing proprietary IT technology at the beneficiary’s headquarters. The process innovation concerned one of the company’s production departments, i.e. the furniture frame assembly plant. In the event of a COVID19 or other threats, this department is most exposed to the risk of losing operational liquidity, which threatens the operations of the entire company.
The project involved preparing and implementing one process innovation. One proprietary software/application was created. The application has 3D animation/instructional videos with described activities. Software was prepared for 70 furniture models. The resulting software was installed for 5 workstations, on 5 PC computers in a dust-proof compartment with the reset pulled out onto the casing and a connected monitor with a minimum size of 22 inches with a dedicated numeric keypad. The software is the property of the beneficiary, it was placed on its server.
„Diversification of COMPLET FURNITURE’s offer in the markets of the Persian Gulf countries”
Complet Complet Chmielewscy spółka jawna implemented the project entitled “Diversification of COMPLET FURNITURE offer in the markets of the Persian Gulf countries” under the Smart Growth Operational Programme, priority axis 3 Support for innovation in enterprises, measure 3.3 Support for the promotion and internationalization of innovative enterprises, sub-measure 3.3.3 Support for SMEs in the promotion of product brands – Go to Brand.
The value of the project was PLN 450,500, of which 60% was EU funding. The project was implemented in 2020-2023.
The project involved diversifying the COMPLET FURNITURE product brand on the markets of the Persian Gulf countries, as a result of which export activities were undertaken on these markets. The aim of the project was to improve the company’s profitability by increasing the margin of the sold premium brand furniture. Additionally, the effect of the project implementation is an increase in sales volume. The aim of the project was also to strengthen the recognition of the COMPLET FURNITURE product brand outside the country.
The project assumed the implementation of various promotional activities. The activities included in the project were aimed at the markets of the Persian Gulf countries, specifically the markets of the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The range of project activities included trade fair presence in both of these countries and in Poland during the Warsaw Home, the organization of several study visits for future contractors, commissioning a consultancy service regarding the Saudi Arabian market, preparation of new catalogues and a series of films about the products
